Here comes the Sun Scribe Blog
When the copywriter + brand strategist starts a blog.
This isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve been blogging on behalf of other businesses for decades. I even had a personal blog long before life got crazy with kids, work and running my own business. Truth is, I’ve been wrestling with the idea of starting a blog since I launched Sun Scribe Creative. Its been on my to-do list since ever since, but I’m finally taking that first step — getting it all started, because “progress over perfection” and “make it exist, then make it great.”
Let’s set your Sun Scribe blog expectations.
First of all, it’s gonna be great. I’m not one to dilly-dally with your time, so expect valuable, actionable insights from someone who lives and breathes copywriting and branding each and every time. Because after 18 years in marketing, my brain is WIRED to think like a copywriter, brand builder, content strategist, UX researcher — all. the. titles. And it wouldn’t be me if I weren’t sharing the knowledge and translating it into lessons and takeaways that brands and businesses of any size can apply. Here’s a small sampling of topic areas that might pique your interest.
Likes, and maybe some gripes, about what’s happening in the marketing world.
Best-in-class, wow-worthy or downright WTF moments happening to big brands — and how you can apply the insights or be sure to avoid them at all costs.
Conference recaps, so you can deep dive from the comfort of your couch, keep the FOMO at bay and avoid paying thousands on a conference ticket — because well, I did!
Cold hard truths, serious wins and major aha’s that come on the journey of discovering AI. I don’t know if we’re all linking arms and walking in lock-step on AI, but my POV is that it’s something I’ve got to lean into and embrace. Check my Instagram page for series I started called AI Friday, where I share a short snippet of an AI agent I experimented, a new feature I discovered or some new-found wisdom that I’ve developed around these robots.
